SaatvaApp is an Alpha application operated by Cognivanta Labs Private Limited. By choosing YES, CONFIRM, you accept these Terms of Use and acknowledge the separately displayed Alpha Privacy Policy. You confirm that the email address and mobile number shown to you are yours to use and that the information you supply is accurate.

How you sign in. On Android you sign in with Google; your email is verified by Google. On Windows you sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; entering the code verifies that email. Confirming a mobile number is your statement, not proof that you own it: the app records it as USER_CONFIRMED, not as verified. SaatvaApp does not send SMS verification codes in this version. One mobile number can belong to only one SaatvaApp account.

Finding people. If you turn on "Let people find me", other signed-in SaatvaApp users who enter your mobile number or email can find your account and contact you. You can turn this off at any time in Settings. Because mobile numbers are confirmed by their holder rather than verified, someone could confirm a number that is not theirs; report this to us if it happens to your number.

Features. SaatvaApp provides messaging, file sharing, groups, communities, and audio and video calls between SaatvaApp users, and optional encrypted backup. Calls placed through your phone's mobile network (Android only) are handled by your phone and carrier, not by SaatvaApp, and are not SaatvaApp calls. If you turn on encrypted backup, you are responsible for keeping your recovery code: without it the backup cannot be restored, and we cannot recover it for you.

Alpha software can contain errors, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or changes. Availability and operation are not guaranteed. Use SaatvaApp only for lawful purposes and in ways that respect other people.

Do not use SaatvaApp to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, deceive, exploit, or harm anyone. Do not send spam, malware, or illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, attack infrastructure, or interfere with the service or other users. Community owners and admins are responsible for the people they invite and the groups they add. You are responsible for protecting access to your account and devices and for reporting suspected misuse promptly.

Communication and other features remain subject to the controls and limitations presented in the application. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain service integrity. Material changes to these Terms will require you to review and accept the new version before continuing where the application requires re-consent.
